Radiant Finance & Tax Forum 2026: Navigating the Future of Finance

The Radiant Finance & Tax Forum 2026 will take place from 19–21 November 2026, bringing together finance, audit, tax and accounting professionals for three days of technical learning and professional networking in Tanzania.

Organised by Radiant Auditors and Tax Advisors, the forum will begin with two days of technical training at Gold Crest Hotel in Mwanza, followed by a professional networking experience at Serengeti National Park.

The programme is built around the theme: “Navigating the Future of Finance: IFRS, Tax Reforms, AI & Emerging Professional Issues.”

Who Should Attend?

The forum is designed for professionals working across finance, accounting, audit, taxation, compliance, governance and technology, including:

  • Chief Finance Officers, Finance Directors and Financial Controllers
  • External and internal auditors and Audit Partners
  • Tax Managers, Tax Consultants and Compliance Officers
  • Accountants, financial reporting specialists and technical teams
  • Audit Committee members and Non-Executive Directors

Key Areas of Focus

The programme centres on three major areas currently shaping the finance profession:

  • IFRS & Financial Reporting — understanding new and forthcoming standards and their practical impact on financial presentation and disclosure.
  • Finance Act 2026 & Tax Reform — translating new tax requirements into practical compliance action.
  • Artificial Intelligence — exploring how AI, analytics and automation are changing audit, tax and finance functions.

Day One: IFRS & the Changing Accounting Landscape

Day One will focus on recent and forthcoming IFRS developments, including IFRS 18, sustainability reporting and assurance, and the changing expectations surrounding audit quality and regulation.

The sessions are designed to help participants move beyond technical understanding and confidently apply new reporting requirements in practice.

Day Two: Finance Act 2026, Tax Reform & Artificial Intelligence

Day Two will focus on the practical implications of the Finance Act 2026, together with VAT and withholding tax updates, transfer pricing and cross-border taxation.

The programme will also examine how artificial intelligence, data analytics and automation are reshaping professional practice, while addressing the ethical and professional risks associated with technology adoption.

Day Three: Professional Networking in Serengeti

The final day moves the experience to Serengeti National Park, where delegates will take part in reflection, networking and relationship-building activities.

The day is designed to help participants connect the technical learning from the first two days with their own professional practice while building stronger relationships across the finance, audit and tax community.

What Participants Will Gain

By the end of the forum, participants should be better equipped to:

  • Apply updated and forthcoming IFRS requirements
  • Prepare for sustainability reporting developments
